i admire this woman, her work and how clearly she communicates through it. unfortunately i havent been able to find her webpage for quite a while no. it would be really helpfull if you share this info with me, in case you have it. perhaps a new webpage?
Posted by: liliana pachon at January 26, 2006 3:58 AMher website has been down for a while, which bums me out. i love her work and her typographic exploration. the last time i checked, she was still teaching part time at CCA in San Francisco.
Posted by: jeffrey tanhueco at February 13, 2006 10:43 AMAny clues as to what happened. I love her work too and then she disappeared from the web.

Posted by: Debra Booth at April 12, 2006 7:49 AMWell it's a relief to know that I'm not being Google-blind - I looked for ages. Presumably she doesn't work on anything outside of her academic commitments any more - any business would have online contact details, especially one based in communication. Terrible shame if that's the case though, she's a talented lady.
Posted by: Doug Nolan at April 27, 2006 7:58 PMI'm glad I found this forum. i too wondered what happened - I feared the worst. For a long while it seemed as though someone confiscated her website.
She could have at least let her fans know that she was off to teach - i hope it's as simple as that.
If anyone knows anymore - please post the info. She really is fabulous (and quite beautiful) judging by the photo.
Posted by: zoltan at May 5, 2006 12:04 PMhas anyone heard anything more about her book, either? i waited for so long and then never heard anything. has it ever been published? we need answers :)
Posted by: sean zimmerman at July 25, 2006 8:43 AMThe book was cancelled before publication. It got as far as having an ISBN assigned to it, and even a (very stylish) cover design. You'll find it listed on Amazon, but you won't be able to get one.
Posted by: Doug Nolan at August 31, 2006 11:36 PMI totally gave her the a2m
Posted by: Pablo Escobar at October 17, 2006 5:06 AMyes, she really is fabulous. She is my teacher!! She is teaching part time at AAU in San Francisco.
Posted by: Miss_W at November 24, 2006 6:32 AMThe design industry often demands too much of acclaimed designers. Jennifer, I hope you are enjoying the fruits of your labor but more importantly enjoying life.
Posted by: 1 of 300,000,000 at December 3, 2006 3:05 PMIt's 2007. I was trying to show my daughter some work of my favorite designer. Does any one know what is going on with her? It looks like she has been abducted by aliens! No web site, no book. Can't find any info at all! How is that possible - everyone has a web site these days. Hey Jennifer where are you?! We want to see more of your stunning work!
Posted by: Victoria at April 19, 2007 2:48 PMVIctoria: she's teaching at the Academy of Art Univ, San Francisco. Maybe you can contact the school for further info.
Posted by: Fransisca Tan at May 4, 2007 4:50 AMEverything is definitely okay with Jennifer Sterling. Fansisca is correct. She is teaching thesis at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. I will let her know about this site as it seems she is dearly missed.
Signed her son, Jonathan
Posted by: Jonathan at July 3, 2007 3:36 PMsigh. I wish I understood what she wanted me to do with my garamond typeface.
Posted by: loel at February 23, 2008 3:52 PMYes - One of my favorite and most inspirational designers ever. I wish her website would have stayed up at least.
Sadly, I am one of those who had pre-ordered the book....
